General Flora and Fauna surveys - surveys to identify flora and fauna species present at a site using a range of methods including diurnal searches, and passive monitoring.
Impact Assessments - Targeted assessments requested by determining authorities in relation to the impacts of a development on a threatened species or ecological community, including:
Threatened species Management Plans - Reports with recommendations for managing bushland where a threatened species or ecological community is present, including;

Biodiversity Development Assessment Report (BDAR). An assessment of land to be developed by an accredited assessor in accordance with the Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016. A BDAR includes targeted surveys to determine if any threatened species or ecological communities are present, and calculates the cost of biodiversity credits required to offset the impacts of the development through the Biodiversity Offset Scheme (BOS).
Biodiversity Stewardship Site Assessment Report (BSSAR). An assessment of land to be used for conservation purposes by an accredited assessor in accordance with the Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016. A BSSAR includes targeted surveys to determine if any threatened species or ecological communities are present, calculates the value of biodiversity credits generated by conserving the land, and sets out a 20 year management plan for conservation of the land. The biodiversity credits generated can be purchased by developers to offset the impacts assessed under a BDAR.
